Meet Our CEO
David F. Hale is the President and CEO of DHA Group, Inc. Mr. Hale is dedicated to ensuring that DHA maintains its reputation for excellence in client support by providing leadership and guidance in three core areas:
- Providing outstanding service delivery to our customers
- Creating a strong corporate infrastructure that supports our embedded staff
- Diversifying our business footprint to increase revenue and profitability
From 1995 through 2009, Mr. Hale was embedded within the FBI providing program management and operations support. While in this position, Mr. Hale supported many critical FBI acquisitions including creation of acquisition packages and advising the Bureau's Source Selection Evaluation Boards. He also spent 5 years supporting the build-out of the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) which brought together three major segments: Identification Tasking and Networking (ITN), the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and the Interstate Identification Index (III). Mr. Hale assisted with relocation of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, helped with the FBI's response to the Webster Commission Report and supported the creation of both the Security Division and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) now known as the Information Technology Branch. He represented the FBI on several Department of Justice review commissions, supported the development of the Universal Financial Management System (UFMS) and most recently provided program management support to the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WMDD).
In addition to his work with the FBI, Mr. Hale served as the President of the Board of County Commissioners for Calvert County, Maryland from 1998 to 2006.
Mr. Hale and his wife, Anne Marie, have been married for over 20 years and have two children, Sean and Lauren.
